At Ace Athletics, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality fitness programs both online and in-person. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our services.

1. Online Training Programs
Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final for digital products including online training programs, meal plans, and downloadable content. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

2. In-Person Training
For in-person training services, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice may result in a no-show fee or loss of that session without refund.

  • Single Sessions: Once a session is booked, no refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours.

  • Packages: For multi-session packages, if you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Refunds will be issued for unused sessions, minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations after this period will not be refunded.

 

3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • For subscription-based programs, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment is processed.

4. Exceptions
Refunds or credits may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to online programs that cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.

  • Medical emergencies, with appropriate documentation.
